Payment Methods

We accept (and recommend) payment by Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta, Electron, Maestro, Diners, American Express. We can NOT accept payment via 'International Maestro' - where a condition of the cards use is that you are present at the point of sale (Sorry it's your banks rule not ours!).

The SagePay (formerly Protx) checkout system we use means your card details are not shared with us but remain safely with the bank and processing firms.

We are also '3D secure' meaning we support the very highest level of credit card safety offered by Visa & Mastercard . Where applicable at checkout your credit card issuer will ask for a password you have previously given them - this information is not shared with any firm - including ourselves and SagePay.

We can also arrange to accept payment by:

Cheque - In Sterling drawn from a UK bank/building society
Postal Order - in Sterling drawn from a UK post-office
Paypal- Check out via the website as normal and select the PayPal option. This is ONLY possible if you have a basket where every item is in stock with us.  Alternatively send funds to info@ontracks.co.uk quoting your basket number. Your Account must be Verified, funds will be deducted from your account immediately.
Bank Transfer - Send funds to our bank - we will provide the IBAN number etc on request. Quoting your order number

International Money Transfer (SWIFT/IBAN/BACS)- In Sterling, via a UK Bank.

You are responsible for all exchange and commission charges when transferring money via International Money Transfer. Our bank does not charge to receive funds from another UK Bank. You should ensure your local bank includes in the transfer enough funds to cover their charge and those of the UK Bank they use to pass the funds onto us.

These alternative methods may add to the overall delivery time. If you wish to pay by one of these methods, please order as normal on the website. Once you reach the 'View your basket' page, print and send to us with your payment details.

Please note: with credit/debit payment we usually charge your card at the time when we dispatch. After 90 days we loose the ability to charge at all, so if your order is older, for example containing not yet released items, we will contact you when we are dispatching with instructions for payment.
