Arguably the most versatile of N gauge kit buildings, all of Kestrel?s components are finely detailed and stand the test of very close scrutiny. Components are moulded in appropriately coloured plastic to keep painting to a minimum although ?dry brushing? with differing shades of colour highlights the fine textures and creates variety from building to building.
Kits range from houses and bungalows, the church, pub and high street shops, industrial premises with a very good factory chimney, fencing, farm and station buildings. Where the limitations of plastics demand then Kestrel provide beautiful brass etchings - for example in the Weighbridge and Office kit KD19.
There are fortysix kits in the range and any N gauge, British outline layout without some of Kestrel?s products will be the less for their absence
